Sanghi
House, is an oasis of tranquility and old world charm. Built in
the 1930’s by the erstwhile Maharaja of Kashmir, the building
boasts of massive 3500 square feet apartments with just one apartment
on each floor.
Each apartment is endowed with ultra-high ceilings, Burma teak floors,
oversized bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms. Ideally suited
for CEO level accommodation. Previous customers have included Citibank,
Deutsche Bank, IDFC, Tata-Sky, ING Bank, Credit-Lyonnaise and Reuters.
The building has a total of eight residential units and hence the
entire property remains extremely exclusive. Each apartment has
servants’ accommodation. Residents of the ground floor, first
floor, rear annex, and the terrace level also have private gardens/terraces.
Each apartment has two dedicated car parking spaces.
Most of these flats are always in demand and are rarely available
for immediate occupation. If you are interested in a Leave &
License for any of the apartments, you may kindly contact
us.
